Alma Corporate Training
Building a new generation of innovators and investors
Learn, Invest, Empower
Professionals are taught about pensions and savings, yet they are missing out on a hugely rewarding wealth building and learning experience. Explore our immersive educational programmes designed for senior professionals to step confidently into angel investing.
Participants learn the fundamentals, develop a personal investment thesis, and gain practical tools to source, assess, and back high-potential founders. Powered by the Alma Angels community, the programme blends practical experience with ongoing access to curated deal flow, events, and expert-led learning - helping investors turn curiosity into capability.
Empower your team to explore innovation
Our workshops and programmes are crafted specifically for your teams eager to explore the innovation ecosystem, blending theory and practical experience in venture.
Through each level, participants will work in teams to develop their investment thesis, evaluate live deals with real (incredible!) founders, and build the skills to navigate the world of innovation.
We offer a variety of formats, designed to suit different levels of experience and time commitment. Each level can be scheduled as a standalone 90-minute workshop, or combined into a comprehensive programme that includes hands-on support and 3 months of free access to the Alma community.

Diverse investors for stronger returns
Alma College welcomes all genders, reflecting our commitment to diversity. Today, less than 14% of angels in the UK and Europe are women, and people of colour remain underrepresented. We believe that expanding the pool of investors builds a stronger, healthier ecosystem where all founders can thrive - regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, social background, or sexual orientation.
Our programmes focus on tech and IP-rich ventures (co)founded by women with global ambitions. Alma Angels see a clear business case for investing in women and gender-diverse teams:
Higher performance
Women founders generate 2.5x revenue per dollar of funding compared to male founders.
Greater resilience
Scalable ventures built with less capital and 30% less likely to become insolvent.
Better opportunities
Lower valuations and less competition mean higher stakes

Yes, the Alma College is tailored for senior professionals. We can blend both physical and virtual engagement to maximise flexibility and impact. Sessions are never longer than 2 hours and we can also run some of the sessions evenings or weekends, if that’s preferred.
We know that a challenge to increase the representation of senior women leaders in the room is childcare: we are partnering with CocoRio, provider of creative childcare and nanny agency, so that parents can attend the Alma College worry-free. They can use the code ALMA20 for 20% off their first booking all over London and beyond. CocoRio also organises on-site childcare services for corporate events.
