Impact

Building a world of equal opportunities where innovation reflects the richness of human experience, in service to all of humanity

Reshape who builds, who funds, and who benefits from innovation

Women are consistently underrepresented, underserved, and undervalued in innovation.

Alma exists to combat the systemic barriers that prevent women and girls from realising their full potential as entrepreneurs, leaders and changemakers. We create new pathways to capital, education and support that empower them to start and grow impactful businesses with global ambitions.

It all started with the visionary idea that growing the pool of diverse investors will radically change the ecosystem.

By empowering more women and diverse individuals to write cheques, we create the right conditions for more diverse founders to thrive. This is the change we are building every day through our community, programmes, and partnerships.

It's time to change the face of innovation

The Alma Ripple Effect

One of our greatest privileges is seeing the Alma Alumni go on to do remarkable work that furthers our mission. Many join Alma, learn and build a strong track record, then go on to launch their own funds or ventures. The impact of Alma on our community is something we never take for granted.

Whether alumni continue as angels with us or go on to create extraordinary organisations of their own, we take pride in knowing that our work stays with them, growing the ecosystem of support and spreading the Alma mission far and wide.
